Presentation Folders – the smart, cost-effective way to showcase your brand

The presentation folder is an extremely versatile piece of marketing collateral. Meetings, events, sales appointments – any takeaway information looks better in a smart, branded folder. 

We use branded folders a lot internally and, by using the right materials, they have an excellent shelf life meaning they can be used repeatedly and so save on reprint costs.

Design trends come and go so keep it simple for a classic look which won’t date. If you are confident your design won’t age you can go for a larger print run and take advantage of volume discounts.

Keep it top level
Keep any information on the folder to a very top level so it doesn’t date and need regular updating. Leave the detail for the contents or even use a complementary sticker to assign specifics to your generic folder. 

Use high-quality products
Go for a decent specification, something robust and durable which won’t pick up scratches or fingerprints. Folders can be laminated with either a gloss, matt or soft touch lamination. This adds a protective layer whilst a matt or satin touch laminate give a very tactile feel which can help give your brand a perception of quality. Also investigate some nice finishing touches such as metallic inks, dye cut or UV spot varnishes to really get the most out of your investment and impress your clients.
