Will you sponsor me? You've probably guessed that we get loads of requests for sponsorship every week. We're sure your charity, cause or event is worthwhile and you feel strongly about getting support for it. We understand. And we're sure you understand, we can't dish out cash to everyone who asks. As we're a low-cost business, we can’t individually assess your application, or make random decisions on which requests are for the worthiest causes. So, we treat everyone equally and focus on providing the lowest possible prices, to make your fundraising budget go further. We work with many charities and causes that realise that well-crafted design and professionally printed products aid their fundraising. Our parent company, SG World have a charitable trust called The Arnold Haase Charitable Trust whose aim is to help local people in the Crewe Area

Orders and Delivery
If I have a query about a quote who should I speak to? First you should check who did the quote for you, you can do this by checking what email it was sent from or at the bottom of the quote there will be a name at the bottom of the quote. Then you can either ring to speak to that person (01270 212100) or email them directly.
How do I send my artwork into you for printing? We use ‘mailbigfile’ to receive our artwork. Send this in my clicking the link at the top of our website or clicking here. In the message section make sure you include a quote or job number so we know exactly what print job this refers to.
Can I add items or make changes to an existing order? The best way to check this is to ring 01270 212100 and speak to a member of our team. If your order hasn’t been printed it may still be possible to make changes. If it has been printed it will not be possible.

Can I collect my order rather than have it delivered? Our offices are open from 9am – 5pm. You can arrange to collect your order between these times.
Do you print iron on transfers? Unfortunately, we don’t print iron on/sew on transfer. We only use direct to garment printing or embroidery to apply your design to whatever you want it to go on.
Do you do photocopying? We don’t photocopy, we only print!
Do you still print plans? We have stopped printing plans now, but we can still print anything else!
What is GSM? GSM is essentially the thickness of the paper, so the higher the GSM the thicker the paper. GSM stands for grams per square metre. Some examples of GSM are, 150GSM is paper, 250GSM is a thin card and 350 GSM is a thick card like a postcard.
Can you check my artwork? For a small fee, our Graphic Design team can check your artwork for colours, bleed, ticks, if it is the correct size for print, and whether the images are a good quality. Because of the nature of the information we can’t check spelling, content, grammar, email addresses, dates and times, VAT and company registration numbers.
What is bleed and why do I need it? A commercial printing press cannot print to the edge of a sheet of paper, instead multiple products are printed on much larger sheets of paper and then cut down to size. It is impossible to cut exactly to the edge of your design so a little overprint (or bleed as it is called) is required on each side. For all print jobs we require bleed, this is usually 3mm.
