Joining The Printing House in 1997, Peter has worked both with Design agencies and as a Print Buyer for Royal Mail, before coming to The Printing House as Design Studio Manager. Now Joint Managing Director and looking after key accounts and also the financial side of the business.

Also known amongst friends and colleagues as Spro! Rich studied Graphic Design at Hartford College and joined The Printing House in 1995. Starting initially as a Graphic Designer and is now a shareholder and Joint Managing Director with oversight of our Vectorbomb Clothing brand. Rich runs the Workwear division of The Printing House and has now designed and listed more than 2000 T Shirts Designs on Ebay and Amazon
James – or 'Jacko' as he’s usually known – has been working at The Printing House since 2005 (when he started as a pre-press apprentice) and was recently promoted to Digital Manager, you may recognise his name from his previous role as a pre-press operator. James is responsible for our design team and also is our technical lead on all thing Artwork or IT.
James started at the Printing House in January 2016 as a Graphic Designer having studied Graphic Communication at Cardiff School of Art and Design. Before the Printing House, James has been working as a Graphic Designer for the past 4 years in two different roles. He enjoys sitting at the controls of the music in the office and shaming Jacko with his healthy food options.
Molly has been with us since August 2016 after graduating with a BA Hons in Graphic Design from Nottingham Trent University. Having a love for simplistic design and hand drawn typography. Outside of The Printing House she enjoys spending time with her horses and aims to compete them. She is also the office bake off master and claims to be better than Charlotte.
Sales Manager – Southern Territory
Having started out working for a Wolverhampton based print shop back in 1989 Carl’s subsequent interest in sales led to him joining Rotaprint, a UK press manufacturer and print consumables supplier. He was then invited to work for one of his clients where he gained experience in selling print, before joining The Printing House team in 2010.
Sales Manager – Northern Territory
Carolyn is the newest member of our sales team and looks after the Northern territory. She has had a 30 year career in sales and sales management across a number of industries and sectors. Carolyn prides herself on her ability to deal with customers professionally and with integrity and on providing them with excellent service and value for money. She has a particular interest in our new “Twist” modular display stands having experienced first hand the challenges that are faced by event organisers in getting exhibition stands looking how they should.
Natalie started working at The Printing House in January 2007 as an Office Junior. Excelling in this position she soon worked her way to become Production Assistant and is fundamental in making sure Jobs are complete and never miss the agreed upon delivery date. In her spare time she can be seen trekking across fields with her beloved Pug, Pablo, whilst listening to the many hits of Venga Boys.
Charlotte has been working at The Printing House since February 2012 as an administration assistant. She is one of your first points of contact, looking after the enquiries emails and the phones. Whilst working here she has done an apprenticeship in customer service and more recently she has been training in estimating. Outside of work Charlotte enjoys her holidays and nights out, also she’s always the who goes OTT at a fancy-dress party. She is also the office bake off master and claims to be better than Molly.
Molly is the newest member of The Printing House team, joining in June 2017. As well as recently completing her CIM Level 4 qualification she has two years' experience marketing in the recruitment industry. In her spare time Molly enjoys attempting to win pub quizzes and volunteering at her local RSPCA animal shelter.
