Production Operative x 2

Working as a Production Operative at The Printing House Ltd, you will be carrying out general housekeeping and warehouse duties.

The main duties will consist of making folders, slitting, collating and cutting out by hand for products such as books, Leaflets and other products which you will receive full training for. You will also work closely with Vectorbomb, a clothing brand that is part of The Printing House Ltd, in pre-treating T-shirts, printing mugs and preparing work ahead of the next shift.

The right person for the role

Working as part of a small team, you need to have attention to detail, be precise and meticulous and have the ability to use your own initiative. We are looking for someone who will genuinely take pride in their work and care about the quality of the products they make, to ensure our customers who ultimately receive them are happy and come back again.

Working as a Production Operative is hard work; you are on your feet and moving around for most of the time. 

This is a part-time, permanent position working 5 days per week, 4pm – 9pm. You will be based in Arnold Haase House working together with our parent Company; SG World in Crewe, Cheshire.​

Wage: £6.00 - £8.12 an hour dependent on age and/or experience.

Office Administrator

Working as an Office Administrator at The Printing House Ltd, you will be carrying out general Administration duties, predominantly relating to one of our key accounts. Duties would include:

The right person for the role

Ideally we need someone with previous Administration experience who is highly organised and will genuinely take pride in their work and care about our customers.

This role has partly come about due to a need to cover another team member soon to be going on maternity leave, but although this is initially anticipated to be a fixed term position for 9 months, there is a possibility that this role will become permanent during the term. It is a part-time position, working 15 hours per week, 3-4 hours per day over the course of 4 days per week. Due to the nature of the role, we are pleased to be able to offer a lot of flexibility in terms of the times of day that you would work (which could be any time between 08:30 and 17:00); this can be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate.

Salary: Up to £6,400 per Annum (£16,000 Pro Rata) dependent on age and/or experience.
